There are 4 ways to get to your photos.
- Use the search tool on the Home page or the Search page. Used the advanced options to widen or narrow your search. (e.g. "Backstage Dance Studio" or "University of Guelph"). Your search will also return any matching images that have been captioned (named) by your vendor with a name, description, or special ID code.
- You can also search directly from your browser's address bar. Just enter http://www.orderphotos.ca/ plus your search term (e.g. htttp://www.orderphotos.ca/Carolyn Dawn Johnson will display any events, galleries, or captioned images containing the name "Carolyn Dawn Johnson").
- Your vendor may have supplied you with a URL (web address) shortcut that will take you to your event/gallery (e.g. www.orderphotos.ca/ccma points directly to the Canadian Country Music Awards).
- On occasion, events may be featured with a direct link on the Home page.
First, make sure your search terms are spelled correctly. Try using single words rather than phrases to broaden your search.

The only way to access it is using a direct link, or the URL (web address) shortcut provided by the vendor. Please do not ask Orderphotos.ca for passwords or links to hidden events/galleries using the Contact page. Contact your vendor directly, as we cannot release this information.
